Ingredientes:

Macarrones / queso enmental / sal / salsa de tomate

Preparacion

Hervir la pasta en agua abundante (1 litro de agua, ligeramente salada por cada 100 gr. de pasta).
Cuando el agua empiece a hervir, echar la pasta y removerla bien.
Mantener la ebullición, durante 10 minutos aproximadamente.

Una vez cocidos los macarrones y en su punto, escurrirlos y ponerlos en cada plato.

Poner el queso en capas encima de los macarrones.

Meter al micro-ondas un solo minuto pero a la máxima potencia.
Hasta que forme una telaraña que cubre el mundo (de macarrones).

Añadir el tomate frito en un lado del plato y servir a la mesa, dejando que cada usuario interactue con la pasta, el queso y el tomate.
Es signo de alegria y vitalidad ponerse perdida la camisa.
